Matyushenko can't keep up with this Jones

UFC lines up solid veterans Jon Jones and he continues to blow through them.

Jones did Vladimir Matyushenko looking like he had never experienced before. The 23-year-old light heavyweight took advantage of a handful of sloppy by Matyushenko, scored the fight for the mat and quickly converted to dominance Sunday.Jones moved to a crucified and abandoned 11 ugly elbows in seconds. Referee Herb Dean was forced to stop the fight, giving Jones UFC his fifth victory in just under two minutes in the main event of UFC on versus 2 in San Diego.

"I didn't think it would be so quickly," Jones said UFC color analyst Joe Rogan. "I trained hard are never I trained. I knew Vlad would be the most difficult part of my career and things went very well. "

Jones is 11-1 (5-1 UFC), but should be really come across. Has suffered its loss only for Matt Hamill when he was disqualified for throw an elbow illegal to "The Ultimate Fighter 10" final. Jones is starting to provide UFC officials with an Enigma matchmaking, because matchmaker Joe Silva and President Dana White does not want to move him too quickly, but he is destroying so easily that they may have to throw it in deep-sea next time out opponents.

Jones wouldn't choose a name that would tackle next. find him a top-10 UFC light heavyweight can be tough. Quinton Jackson, Lyoto Machida, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Ryan Bader, Tito Ortiz, Matt Hamill and Sherk are all linked up to at least the end of 2010.Evans is going apparently wait UFC light heavyweight champ Mauricio Rua to return from injury in early 2011. the other problem is that Jones is now training in the same field as Evans in Albuquerque, N.M.

If Randy Couture gets from James Toney in late August that is a matchup might sell well.Forrest Griffin is expected in October from shoulder surgery.Rich Franklin is also out there waiting for a big fight.

Jones looked higher in every aspect of Sunday night. When the fight was standing, reaching its 84 1/2-inch fact uncomfortable Matyushenko. Belarusian panic and threw a wild left hook.Jones ducked and scored the takedown, which led to the end of the fight. on the ground, Jones was deliberate. Matyushenko had an arm at the beginning but Jones stayed calm and quickly extricated himself from any danger. He then went to the control side where he tried a couple of elbows. Has made a nice move the block left arm veteran of Matyushenko with your left hand and stuck with the leg to set the crucified.

The thing that separates Jones by a lot of MMA fighters is its viciousness. he wasted no time in brutal throw elbows into the side of the head and ears of Belarusian.

Jones takes vicious kicks leg from Munich balding and shows a boom noodle

UFC's Tour of San Diego continued Friday as Jon Jones hit Park Park to throw out the first pitch before the match Padres-Florida Marlins. Along the way, he is tortured by the smell of food ballpark. Jones has weighed 213 Martella about 22 hours before had to weigh-in this afternoon. He is usually calm and collected, but he did look nervous about having to get on the Mound Park. Perhaps this is why:

"The last time I threw a baseball was my senior year (high school) in gym class, and sucked," says Jones. "I can't capture a kick. I'm a boy Black 6-4, which can't dunk. I think I set aside is my passion."

The left-hander threw a solid step that was snagged just outside the area from catcher. She looked more comfortable control leg kicks from The Swinging friar, the mascot of San Diego.

Jones has a slightly different appearance to his entourage this week.Well, sort of. his brother Arthur could not make the trip NFL defensive tackle. Rookie is in Baltimore Ravens camp. but his more tall, slender clone, Chandler, a defensive lineman at Syracuse is traveling with Jones and his girlfriend.
